Easy returns (14 days)
Not quite right? You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with original tags attached (and original packaging where possible), plus proof of purchase.
To start, submit the Return Request Form. If approved, we’ll email your return instructions, return address, and a return authorisation (RMA) number so we can process your return quickly.
Refunds & return shipping
- Change of mind: return postage is paid by the customer.
- Faulty/damaged/incorrect: we’ll cover return shipping, or in some cases issue a refund without needing the item returned.
- £50+ items: tracked return postage is required (and recommended for all returns).
- Under £20: may qualify for a returnless refund in some cases.
