Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and unused

Original tags must be attached

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

Proof of purchase is required
Items returned in a worn, used, or altered condition may not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / unwanted items:
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. -
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
We will cover return shipping or, where appropriate, may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Returnless Refunds (Low-Value Items)
For items priced under £20, we may, at our discretion, offer a returnless refund.
If approved, you will not be required to send the item back.
Tracked Returns (Higher-Value Items)
For items priced £50 and above, customers must use tracked return postage.
We strongly recommend using tracked returns for all items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a return request using the form so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
