- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
- Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- Items priced £50 and above require tracked return postage
- Items priced under £20 may qualify for a returnless refund, at our discretion
